RE: Manipulation?

RE: Manipulation? Can anyone remember whether the parties are locked from trading until close? People have been saying Forrest can buy but can anyone point to that lifting of restriction in the documents? I can't remember the reference.

The deal was dated Nov 14 so negotiated over a period up to that date. This was pretty close to the bottom of the last trough in the Uranium price -- so the market has not really changed. However, this weeks spot, I believe is slightly lower than the price at that time. Perhaps that's why someone got itchy.

The volatility is partially stop loss triggering -- I thought it was going to happen this morning due to the lack of bids -- went out and the drop hit this afternoon again.   Some folks are realizing this and just making lowball bids -- note the 50K bid sitting at 5.00 from this morning. The interested buyers are already in the stock.

The most interesting guys are the large 100-300K blocks up above 6.80. They obviously have not sold -so maybe that means something. Who knows? Also can't figure why Forrest would wait this long if they wanted out?

Anyway, good luck!
