Thanks Red.  Well put.
I hope it's ducks, but all we've seen over the last 4 years is "decoys."  (i.e. not real ducks).
If you like to fish, it's called "eating your bait" (shrimp, not worms) 'cause you didn't catch anything.
I want REV to go up (who doesn't?).  But I don't expect nor bank that it will.  If it does, GREAT!!!
When the lined up ducks fly away, only then will we know they weren't decoys.  But not until then.
