More cash than debt.  Just look what happened to Oilexco, that's reason to go with a company with a more solid balance sheet - like AEN.

So I'm in as a long-term hold with the expectation that oil will make its way back up to the $80 range within the next year.  Combine that with a general market-wide recovery - I have some decently high hopes here.

It's the type of thing that has a lot more upside potential than downside risk.
