Jaguar provides update on meeting requisition

    TORONTO, March 6 /CNW/ - Jaguar Financial Corporation (TSX: JFC)
("Jaguar") today announced that Mr. William Iannaci, Chief Executive Officer
of Royal Laser Corp., has formally withdrawn his requisition of a meeting of
Jaguar's shareholders for the purposes of proposing a new slate of directors.
The annual and special meeting remains scheduled for 10:00 am on Thursday
April 9, 2009.
