4601, a scientific gem
When I look at 4601, I am amazed.
There is so many chemical property packed in one molecule.
Ability to cross BBB - blood brain barrier
PBR ligand
Ras MAPK inhibitor
Ras-Pi3k-AKT inhibitor
Rho inhibitor
From that cascading effect on mTor, RB and p53.
Look at exelixis, each inhibitor only does one thing
https://www.exelixis.com/pipeline.shtml#partner
Read about 281, 765 and 147.
Well 4601 all by itself does all of those compounds...
First ever, inhibitor that has such a broad cascading effect.
4601 is a multi-pathway inhibitor and/or a equilibruum regulator; p53, mTor and RB.
For 0,16 Cdn dollar, you get equivalent exposure to XL + 281, 765 and 147.
No brainer.
I am bullish on 4601 because there are scientific reasons to be bullish.
Macroenvironment is going to remain unpredictable, that's why there will be a biotech rebound. Health is stable market unrelated to the economical cycle.
If other less active and with a more restrictive scope got good or awesome results, 4601 will be able to match and show at least a similar efficacy profile if not better.
281 - raf inhibitor, on level below RAS
765 - Pi3k
147 - Pi3k + mTor
Like I said 4601 does all that and more.
Also pathway is validated by Cancer Atlas project.
Lots of reasons to be exited.
