Agreed, it was panic selling and based on what I have heard, it was mis-informed investors in Columbia who did the panicking. Occassionally, opportunities arise because of confusion in the market; this is one such opportunity.

Discolusure - I had a core position in PRE before Friday and added to my position on the panic sell-off.
