You are correct, there are non-tradeable warrants that were offered as a private placement in 2006, I am not sure what their original expiry date was, but they have an exercise price of $1.25 and extended expiry date of April 2011.

The tradeable warrants BAJ.WT have an expiry of April 19th, 2009.
