Share price weaknessI don't think there is anything too sinister behind CWB's share price decline. This bank is tied to commodity prices--predominately gas companies in BC and Alberta. With the deterioration of the price of gas, many of the small caps that they have financed are facing pressure on their credit lines or declaring bankrupcy--i.e. Canadian Superior. If and when gas prices improve, so will the price of this bank. Will their profits decline in the quarters ahead--probably. Will they remain profitable -- probably. I'm I buying small postions at these levels--you bet. In two years I am confident l'll be rewarded handsomely.
