The majority of its generation is produced at its zero-carbon nuclear and lower-carbon gas-fired facilities. Its generation capacity is 10,665 megawatts (MW). Its segments include PJM and Other. The PJM segment is engaged in electricity generation, marketing activities, commodity risk and fuel management within the PJM RTO or ISO markets and comprises Susquehanna and Talen’s natural gas and coal generation facilities. Its Other segment includes the operating and marketing activities of Talen Montana’s proportionate share of the Colstrip Units in the WECC market, the operating activities of Nautilus, and other development activities.

Valuation 101

This is a no risk / very high reward situation.

Another Pepmoron misleading concept is that 2$ 3$ is lofty and too high.
Show u how he is a total moron.
First of all u don,t look at share price, you look at market cap.

1$ = 32M
2$ = 64M market cap
3$ = 96M

Then u compare to what is worth what in the Biotech world.
For ex, BioMs is worth 250M and Theratechnology is worth 100M

BioMs has a licensing deal and awaiting statistical validation of the drug PII/PIII - for a market of 7B or so market annually
TH filing for approval and has a market for lipodystrophy of about 200M and a licensing deal of 200M

U ask yourself, if TLN gets efficacy - they will get a deal how much will it be worth?
Last licensing deal in oncology for inhibitors pathways= Exelixis about200M for devel costs for a PI drug and 300M for a PII drug

Wow, u get to the 3$ range. No magic trick here, just pure logic.

Assuming that someone would want to buy 100% of the company. U add inShigamabs and U add in 20% stake in Caprion and U add in 232. Wow. 5$range is now possible.

For a mere 150M u get 3 drug. Good deal if you are a big PHARMA tryingto fill up your pipeline of drugs. For 150M, u don't get a discoverydrug but 3 late stage products.
