Problem

Problem

The problem with this deal seems to be that the two companies fates' are now intertwined in such a way that what effects one effects the other. And it seems that the shareholders of NGI are not thrilled with the merger and are taking their gains and walking. This has brought their price down and now WGI is suffering. Of course, the drop in the price of gold is a factor, but doesn't explain the severity of the drop.

Might this be a time to exit?
