Hold on for a while.Gitennes recently received its Virgen property back from the ailing gold mining company Cambior (CBJ on Toronto and Amex) because Cambior could not afford the high payment required (US$2.5 million)to keep the property. Cambior spent about $4,000,000 on the property and wanted to keep it. That was Gitennes' gain, hence the recent rise in the price.
Gitennes has some prospective buyers kicking the tires. In the short to near term there could be some great news.
Gitennes also has some interesting targets up in northern Canada as well as many other grass roots projects in South America. This company is not a lame duck; there is some action going on. Be patient.
IMHO a conservative outlook is $.30 to $.50 by June 2000.
A definite good buy at the current price of $.25.
OT - A stock which has some great potential is KQR on Toronto $2.80 per share - check out the most recent quarterly earnings - they were very impressive. They also have some new world leading technology which makes them a prime takeover target. Could easily go to $6.00 even with this softening of the Bioteck market recently.
Good luck with your investing.
