RE: RE: RE: RE: Cool your jets everyone!" interesting comments but CS has lots of money, also i think you mightfind that there were many other bidders but this was the best one andafter a deal is made you have to stop shopping it. The $6 millionpenalty rienforces this.  "

Uhmm ... I guess only a precious metal royalty company would potentially be interested in buying SST, and as far as I know there is only one looking for silver streams, it's named Silver Wheaton.
I'm not sure the RGLDs, FNVs or GLWs are interested in buying silver royalties, their business is Gold.

But ... do we really need to sell this company?
If we don't, we can just carry on with regular SST business and wait for an eventual better offer in the future.
Where is all this hurry coming from?

If Capstone does not need money, so why sell at this price?

Remember, this company can be run using cashflow, no need to apply for debt. Just collect the cash flow and then add silver deals or buyback shares or pay dividends, whatever makes more economic sense.

It seems that those guys at SLW are getting it, why our management is not getting it?
What am I missing here?
