RE: RE: RE: delayed filing/OmniA delayed filing is never a good thing. I still hold shares in some companies that experienced delayed filings and even cease trading orders. The good news is that these companies are still in business and are slowly improving. The bad news is that I managed to pick such companies in the first place.

Orsu is a slightly different case. On the surface, they appear to have a good bunch of assets and even a (partially) producing mine. Being an optimist, I would like to think that the delayed filing is not a red flag, but rather another step in management's efforts to make a success of the mess that was left behind by their predecessors. Only time will tell.
