Subject: Ken's Post About Manipulation
OK....since noone else whom I know has seen this won't post it, then I
will..
Sounds like Ken is as paranoid as I am..
--------------------------------------
"NITE shorting 1 Hour, 55 Minutes ago
I've been asked a lot on what is going on with the stock price. We
don't control it, I haven't sold shares, in fact I now have purchased
have >14 million shares over the last year.
We think we figured out NITE a market maker is manipulating the
stock.
Let's say the previous days close is .0016. They borrow shares from
another market maker at .0014 before the market opens. They then sell
all day long at .0015-.0016. Then at the end of the day after the
market closes, then clean up their books and given the stock back to
the other market maker. The stock then looks to have gone down to .
0014. These are the trades you see after the close of the market. That
way they can keep their true bid (.0014) off the books and you don't
know.
There are two ways to combat this. One way is for us to get games
sales and make as much profit as possible then start a stock buy-back
program to remove their ability to borrow the shares "off book". The
other is for shareholders to open up cash accounts or take all their
shares out of their margin accounts. We could also do a dividend,
which means a shorter will have to pay the dividend to keep his short.
We'll figure out a good course of action...
To this point, our release dates for games are based on how we can
maximize sales and get the games the most wide-spread distribution.
This may require us to wait on a major or several major retailers to
combine their orders into the final order count.
Retailers will not order a product if they don't get it at the same
time as everyone else. So, we are in process of aggregating orders
right now and should know very shortly how many we are initially
shipping.
Hope this clarifies things for our investors."
A little Optimistic, Aren't We? Signature Devices Issues 2009 Revenue Guidance
Signature Devices (SDVI) and its subsidiary Graffiti Entertainment has announced revenue guidance for 2009. They are estimating a gross profit between $1,244,145.00 - $3,028,155.00. Earnings before interest, Taxes, Deductions and Amortizations would be between $764,145.00 - $2,548,155.00. According to CEO Kenneth Hurley, the estimates range from very conservative (low end) to average sales of similar games (high end).

For a publisher/developer that only released one game in a couple of years, do you find that this is a little optimistic or do you think this is likely?
Signature Devices (SDVI) and Graffiti Entertainment to Join the Party - This Year
As reported by MSNBC, Signature Devices and its subsidiary Graffiti Entertainment,
has announced an overview and strategy for 2009. Even though last year seemed pretty
uneventful for this hopeful developer/publisher, this year they plan on making a splash.
But if you ask me, the splash may come a lot sooner - like, maybe first quarter First
quarter of 2009, Graffiti Entertainment plans on releasing: C.O.R.E, a shooter for the
DS, Air Conflicts: Aces of World War II for the PSP, and Black Sigil: Blade of the
Exiled - an RPG for the DS. I might add that the trailers of C.O.R.E and Black Sigil
have been floating around the internet with decent reviews. Other titles are currently
in development for a planned 4th quarter release. In addition, Jakers! Let’s
Explore for the PC and Wii, and two Moomin titles for the DS are also planned to be
shipped this year Has anyone seen SDVI’s stock price? Can we say BARGAIN SOURCE

C.O.R.E. First Person Shooter Video Game Title for Nintendo DS(TM)
Goes Gold
REDWOOD CITY, CA, Dec 03, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Signature
Devices, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SDVI) is pleased to announce that the
Company's subsidiary, Graffiti Entertainment, Inc., has gone gold with
C.O.R.E., the first person shooter game. C.O.R.E. has been scheduled
for release on February 24th, 2009. Going gold is a term used in the
video game industry when all testing and functionality of the game has
been completed and approved for manufacturing.
In the single player mission a meteor has crashed into the Earth. The
largest single impact on the Earth in a millennium is being
investigated by the government at a special research facility
(C.O.R.E.) built alongside impact site. For 20 years the scientists
have been drilling into the Earth trying to reach the center of the
meteor and unlock its secrets. Just recently a news blackout was
declared for the site and rumors started of an incredible find.
Suddenly all communication with the base was lost. With no information
on what might have happened and a new strange radiation emanating from
the site a special forces team is needed to investigate, your mission
as part of that team is to find the answers.
Familiar weapons can be collected such as shotgun, plasma gun and
rocket launchers as well as a host of new specialist weapons.
Many different enemies are lurking across the 15 huge levels from
mutated scientists to classic big boss characters. Screen shots and
videos of the game can be seen at https://www.corethegame.com.
"C.O.R.E. is one of the few M-Rated games for Nintendo DS(TM)," stated
Kenneth Hurley, CEO of Signature Devices, Inc. and Graffiti
Entertainment, Inc. "We've remained true to the hardcore FPS gamers
and brought a fantastic FPS to the Nintendo DS. C.O.R.E. is what every
Nintendo DS owner and FPS fan has been waiting for."
