Primary Symbol: SPTS

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U. The fund invests at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index and in securities that the Adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of short term (1-3 years) public obligations of the U.S. Treasury.

Certainly I am not.
The point here is at what price or, if you will, at what SLW/SST exchange ratio.
I'm happy to get SLW shares (better than cash) but absolutely NOT at a 0.185 ratio.
To me, a fair ratio should be something north of 0.27.
And I'm saying "fair" ratio, not "premium" ratio.

And remember ... if management is telling us the truth, our balance sheet is very sound, and also our business is sound.

All in all we are not in a position that we absolutely need to sell this company.

But management is telling us we should give it away at a price that, in comparison, is even lower than what Teck Cominco got from their Lobo Marte project that they were forced to sell because of their huge debt burden.

This is the part that I really, really don't understand about this deal.
