Certainly takes away any stupide doubt about 4601 not being Ras inhibitor.

4601 is similar to a GDI
GTP - 3 phosphate instable combinaison - 2 phosphate is a stable one.
4601 competes with other molecule in the binding of P - attacts the 3rd p to itself - making useless.
Pepmon the exact chemical reaction is but little value.
The issue about cancer treatement isn't biochemical.
It's consequencial to pathway inhibition and the location of the inhibition.
