What a nice morning.

Certainly takes away any stupide doubt about 4601 not being Ras inhibitor.

We can now guess who are the potential partners.

Basically very positive news.

4601 is similar to a GDI

GTP - 3 phosphate instable combinaison - 2 phosphate is a stable one.
4601 competes with other molecule in the binding of P - attacts the 3rd p to itself - making useless.

Pepmon the exact chemical reaction is but little value.
The issue about cancer treatement isn't biochemical.
It's consequencial to pathway inhibition and the location of the inhibition.

U don't want to "speculate" on human efficacy find by me. However, It's a little bit ridiculous. That area is outside your field of expertise.
