I think the Korean theory is a very promising one! They were interested in Forsys in 2007 (the MOU that was canceled later). They could be back now with a new partner.
South Korea depends heavily on uranium imports. They don't have any uranium deposits in South Korea. And take a look at
www.khnp.co.kr. South Korea has 20 nuclear power plants under operation, 5 under construction and another 3 firmly planned. These 8 new reactors should become operational between 2010 and 2016. That's a capacity increase by 40 percent.
