Looking at April/08 news releaseOn Riverstones web page . It mentions a joint venture with Teck and conditions under which Teck will pay an additional 1 mill to RVS.v .
The main condition is full tittle to a Property in Africa which Orex owns 20 % of , RVS.v 80 % . There is some litigation or disagreement the nature of which is unknown to me .
Thought this board might have some insight .
