RE: RE: RE: Insdier Buying

RE: RE: RE: Insdier BuyingGood to see you both here.

A lot of times things don't make sense on the outside as we only see teh tip iof the ice-berg.

For example , I was giving heck to a CEO if a tech company saying if his company was such a great bargain why wasn't he buyign his own shares. The answer was quite simple. Year end was July 3st  and there is a blackout period from 30 days before that date and until the results were released which wasn't until Novmber that he was not able to buy shares. So it is hard to know the reasons why.

I can't say why there wasn't more insider buying period on either Augen Capital or Augen Gold but both firms are relatively small in size in terms of market cap. I do know if Augen Gold is as good as some of the prelim results are showing this will create a major windfall for Aguen Capital which should offset the weakness in other sectors.

Why do you think the "old board of directors" were upset on Augen capital buying shares of Augne Gold for .125 (now .15) to forgive the outstanding debt?? What do they know that is not public? So if gold is back in style again, al least we have good exposure to a junior explorer at a proven past gold site.

So time will tell on this one but with IAM now on board , there is strong investment company now behind Augen Capital.
