RE: A better way to own SLW

RE: A better way to own SLW" ... Kind of humorous how rising prices kind of silence the critics.... "

You have to consider that in the last few days basically everything have been said about the SLW offer.
And rising prices, if anything, are just a confirmation that selling the company now is not the smartest idea in the world (unless, of course, a fair price is offered).
You might have also noticed that SST price is not rising because of the offer, any other silver/gold stock is rising, especially after yesterday's Bernanke speech.
SST remains substantially undervalued when compared to SLW, recent price moves did not change this fact.

Someone is speculating that Franco Nevada could be a candidate for making a better offer.
On one side it must be said that FNV recently made a deal with Coeur D'Alene that is structured like the SLW/GLW deals (pay an upfront and then pay a 400 $/oz for gold), and this is new to FNV. But the question is: are they willing to enter the silver market?
