I am not sure what dumping means. Can anyone tell me?

Because I always thought there was 2 sides to every trade, on every stock ,on every market----a buyer and a seller.
So I guess that would mean if you sell a stock you are dumper.
Seems to be a pessimistic way of looking at lt
