If I would own 20% of Neptune (like Northern Rivers does),I would make sure to have a seat on the Board
(which he does not have).
I ALSO WOULD MAKE SURE TO KICK SOME A$$ES.And lit some fires under them.
I also would consider to register as a Activist Shareholder and have the BOD removed.
Have you ever looked at who is sitting on the Board? The one guy is living in France and running
an tourist outfit,the other Board Member is building "Wooden Structures" LOL.
Then you have the CEO,since the IPO an MIA.
