ALL OR NONE ORDERS

ALL OR NONE ORDERS

The following is a copy of response from Scotia itrade after phone/email discussion re: AON orders

Dear Mr. XXXXXX,

Thank you again for your thoughts and comments.

Please note that at this point in time we have no interest in challenging or opposing this recently introduced TSX decision.

However, as stated previously, it is feedback such as yours that helps us determine what is important to our customers and decide where to direct additional resources.

In time, after reasonable deliberation and careful consideration, the issue will be revisited if this is an issue that is important to a large constituency of out clients.

Sincerely,

XXXXX XXXX

Personal comments – I fail to see how any reduction in trading flexibility is a positive step as far as investors are concerned. I do not believe the decision by TSX members (brokers) to stop executing All or None orders will enhance the TSX as a trading platform. If you agree, please pass along your comments to your broker. Perhaps the investors CAN make a difference.
