MY INPUT -- RE: The Ho down, lowdown

MY INPUT -- RE: The Ho down, lowdownHere's what I've heard at the water cooler and in some cases actually know for a fact...

GEOLOGIST
Geologist lives in Vancouver.

WHY A 43-101?
43-101 filings are being done because Harp lives in Vancouver, company is HQ'd in Vancouver and the BCSC (British Columbia Securities Commission -- local Canadian version of the SEC) requires these filings.

The good news is that 43-101s were instituted after the BreX fiasco. So that means everything DLKM reports and publishes has to be real and verified by a competent geologist. So now we have a JORC person (Australian version of 43-101) and a 43-101 person reviewing all the results. Double protection for us dumb little shareholders.

TIMING
I agree that it will take longer to get the 43-101. It has to be written, it has to be approved by legal, it has to be approved by BCSC. Lots of hands touching it, takes much longer. Promoters are always too optimistic on timing.

HARP'S MISSION IN TZ
Harp is securing actual physical originals of mining concession certificates for each property that they have (which is a big number), so they can show them to or file them with the BCSC so that they can again mention all the properties in their promotional or website communications.

BOTTOM LINE...
I know I'm pumped about DLKM. Not selling, still accumulating on weakness (low 20s). Personally, I'm holding for the big home-run on this one. Others can trade it if they wish, but I'm in for the long-haul. FYI, for historic purposes, I've been in this puppy for over three years when it traded in the $3 range. I've averaged down all the way to $0.14 -- which was the lowest price I bought at.
