Why they waited??? I don't know ...but it's not like NXY doesn't have the cash, or they could just do a share deal, use no cash.... either way is fine with me..I own both!

And I still see NXY getting taken out...(likely after it takes out OPC)...and by IMO or CNQ ...the PCA angle obviously is out now...but it's going to happen.
