I think you'll be hard pressed to find anyone that knows exactly what's going on. I'm sure you could find someone that knows that Telus or Rogers made a bid - but will they know what they bid, or if their bid is still on the table? Doubtful (unless they are directly involved with the process). I would be willing to bet that the details are being kept closely guarded - and what can be leaked would be meaningless, and telus nothing that the NR already hasn't already said...
