As it says in the news:
First case: (1) Premier acquires ONSL for 505 mil in full if everything gets approved by Oilexco and creditors
Second case: (2) If and only if under some uknown circumstances ONSL gets split up, Premier will bit on separate operating assets with the maximum amonut of 505 mil.
