although deals do fall apart, this is not just a suggestion that they may buy the shares, there is an agreed upon deal between admin and Premier.  I'm not really sure if there is a chance of this thing falling apart unless Premier pulls the plug, as they seem to have wrapped up the details with their plan B too.
