Thank you for the email. HIMR continues to execute its long-term plan. Progress has been made in a number of key areas. HIMR is working with the accountants to complete the financials for 2006-2008. At the same time, HIMR is in talks with a number of companies that have various underwater projects that could involve TigerLynk.

The current market has aversely affected virtually every public company, and HIMR is not immune. However, HIMR is optimistic that it can achieve its goals of moving to the OTC BB and delivering meaningful sales moving forward. The company looks forward to updating shareholders on progress in the future. Your continued patience and support is greatly appreciated.
