If somebody wants controlling interest in block 5c and they do a joint deal with CHQ and SNG that is CHQ's only hope.  Otherwise CHQ's 25% goes back to SMG regardless of how much they spent so far.  As a SNG share holder, I believe that the 70% of block 5c is more valuable and thus it would be better for CHQ to remain in default and for SNG to find alternate ys to get the money to satisfy CWB.

Perhaps it is best for SNG shareholders to sever ties with CHQ in order to maximize shareholder value. Palo Alto can you help?
