Retraction from Pepmoron the COWARD
Pepmoron,

Bullboard posting can be dangerous.
Since last year there are now 2 pending lawsuits against basher like you: one unknown mining company and Timminco.

I take that you are retracting yourself. You are such a COWARD! Why LAWSUIT is scaring you?

You are smart little DOG. A coward nontheless. A big FAT CHICKEN.

I'll testify against you that's for sure. Be funny to see your unemployed face paying lawsuit cost for the rest of your loser life. You can be sure on that!

To answer your pathetic insinuation. CMVQ did open an investigation on the matter. They found no foul play. Press release was genuine and acceptable to them.

TLN lawyers reviewed the press relase and okay it. I am sure they are more competent in their opinion than your worthless opinion.

They did it for a good reason. Your just too stupid to figure it out.

I enjoy reading your fast retraction, my big fat coward chicken!:

... It was not a lie Dumbo, but MY OPINION. You should learn to read. I did not wrote that TLN on purpose falsely stated that there has been at some point an expression of interest from a pharma. But TLN was not forced legally to talk publicly about that expression of interest. Why they decided to do it while many companies in the same situation would have kept the thing private? Such "expressions of interest" are very common in the biotech/pharma world and they do not end up in a press release. I don't recall a single company going public about recieving only an "expression of interest". NOT ABOUT A FORMAL OFFER. I this case there was no formal offer, and I gave my opinion on their motivations

Pepmoron you suck at bashing!
