At first glance, to me, it appears that we don't have enough capital to:

i. continue operations without positive cash flow

ii. further drill additional properties

iii. acquire necessary production equipment to increase quarterly production

iv. develop imwauna, or

v. pay the new land owner group a single penny or even pay the lawyer fees to defend against this claim

this could get ugly without rapid resolution by alternative means.
