RE: Severstal cannot buy in the opem marketI noticed a few weeks back when reviewing the corporate presentation on the website that they have Severstal listed at 53% ownership. I believe it was only 51% in November when the deal was struck.

Can anyone clarify this, as it seems that they did increase their stake a bit.
