RE: RE: Something smells herequestion from a novice! - If someone is accumulating shares to do a take over, 1) don't they have to disclose it so they can buy over a certain % of the shares? 2) wouldn't a takeover offer have to go to a vote with the shareholders? I for one would be voting no to a likely horribly undervalued offer.
