Griffith

GriffithWe now await IVW's response to the Griffith announcement of its "intention to make an offer." An actual offer won't materialize until some future date, presumably after Griffith assesses the reaction to its announcement and sees what IVW management offers in response. The share price is well above $0.15 this morning so buyers are expecting something better will happen than what Griffith is proposing. I expect IVW to come out with a flat rejection of Griffith's trial balloon, possibly with an analysis of the company's true value and maybe an indication of support from some major shareholders saying they would not accept the terms described by Griffith. I suspect Griffith views their announcement as an opening salvo in what could turn into a long drawn out war if IVW can't mount a strong offense right away.
