I thought Oilexco guarnateed the loans to RBS, so they still owe whatever isn't covered by the sale on ONSL?

If this is true, how does Oilexco live to be a shell, when in fact they will not be able to come out of bk protection without RBS calling in the rest of the owed money, forcing them into bankruptcy?

Is that not the case?  Did I miss this when I wasn't paying attention?
