If you look at todays trade history it looks like someone at TD is trying to buy cheaps shares by playing games, almost all trades were done by TD today including the last trade of 25000 @ .065 to paint the chart to the downside and scare some people out. Probably the same person that In the morning  was buying small lots 2-3 k bring the bid up so they could sell 75000 into the bid.
