1.  How do you know what I "want to hear"?

2.  The purpose of an annual general meeting is, among other things, to allow shareholders to hear directly from officers about past and future activities of the company and,most importantly I think, to allow direct questioning of the company officers.  This can be a useful excercise in that it can reveal important nuances or details regarding previously released information.
