Nash Creek is a 9 million tonne deposit that is near surface (so can be mined open pit - low cost), has a major highway, railway, power lines all crossing the property.  There's also a seaport nearby as well as mills and experienced work force just to name a few positive factors.  I think, no KNOW that it will be feasible once metal prices rebound.
