I don't think you're discounting cash flow enough - 300 per Oz seems far too liberal.

On a side note, given the three year delay in reaching commercial production that Bob McNeil planned, how long do we think the 2-year drill program at Imwauna will actually take and how close to 3-4M Oz do we think they will really get?
