RE: RE: Oh brother...now what !?This sounds kind of fishy to me. Is Goodwood going to pay a fee for Westaim's 'services'? I don't see how they can just use the Westaim cash to research investment opportunities and manage the activities of Goodwood Management Inc.
I guess we have to assume ID wouldn't allow this to happen if it wasn't going to be good for WED (and his shares). I'd still like to see the Management Agreement. Nothing on Sedar yet...
