RE: Independant CommitteeSo now the board of Can.Superior is adding two more executives to their advisory committee. The advisory committee are going to hire their own legal council.
Also G.N. wants an apology from Palo Alto Investors or he will sue. The question that comes to my mind, will this lawsuit take place in the US courts or the Canadian Court system?
Folks this dispute is getting out of control.
The legal fees will be paid by-- guess who!!
To add to the confusion we have the Trinidad and Tobago Government and the British Gas corporation as very interested parties.
This is getting messier and messier , an International Mess with folks from the USA,Canada,T&T and the UK*. I hope we do not have Russia ,Iraq and the North and South Koreans also involved but I think If the main parties wanted them in they would be welcomed!
Well us shareholders will be going down a path with an unknown destination.HMMMMM.
