RE: Share StructureThe 236 million warrants, while unfortunate, should provide YNG with approximately $15 mil. of cash when exercised.  This is in addition to the cash flow from the gold sales and from the debt facility that they said they are negotiating.  If (and this is a very important if) all this comes to fruition, then I think the company will be on track again for growth.

I just re-listened to the Sept 2008 presentation.  It puts things in better perspective, than when I first listened to it last Sept.  I recommend that all serious shareholders listen to it again.
