Why did Railpower pull the plug after stating that its next default status report was coming by April 10/09 and mentioning that there was an additional period of protection until April 7/09 in a March 13/09 release?
Why not wait for the TSX to delist rather than jump? Those large volume trade increases, as previously suggested, were suspiciously prescient?
Contrary to Dave's "insight", most enthusiasts here seemed to be legitimately hopeful of Railpower's potential to survive CCAA. That hope/hype seems to have gone awry, but there did seem to be a basis.
