This bank sucks

This bank sucksIt's interesting that in the past 2 trading days some huge sales are being made in the last 10 minutes forcing the price down. Of course these trades don't get filled until 4.10 pm or later Looks like stock manipulation going on to me. Any comments
I hope the TSX is monitoring this kind of activity .
