RE: MB Cash ValueHa Ha - you're looking at 1/2 of the picture!  A balance sheet has two sides...and in this case debt is greater than all of the assets so bankruptcy is a very real concern. 
I also invite you to read note 21 in the year ends to understand the liability risk, and also Note 2 - SELF INSURANCE! 

Not an investor or shorter, but watch this one with humour as it was a major holding of Trimark's....kinda funny to see an institutional investor fail miserably...
