...how about some DD on the companies management and all of the success that they have done the past couple of years?...

How about how fast they ove on projects?

All the DD in the world cannot replace the history of the company. Shareholders cannot benefit when it is the insiders that are looking to benefit FIRST and FOREMOST, and selling at the top always triggers the tanking... and it is ALWAYs the management that sells at the top.

It doesn't matter if there is 3 feet or 300 if the team doesn't have the drive and intelligence to put it all together...
