43-101 approval?

43-101 approval?So apparently Harp was to deliver the 43-101 to the BCSC at some point today and once they grant their approval it can be disemminated to the masses. Anyone have any idea how long it typically takes the BCSC, or any securities commission for that matter to approve such a document.
