Actually TIM is $3.05 today.  And no I didn't complete the story.  If ACT goes to $2.75 and then back to a .05¢,  then you would be an idiot to ride it down.  I got out of TIM 50% at $32 and 50% $29.  Before they announced that they couldn't do it.

Again,  this company and TIM,  almost NOTHING in common other than they are publicly traded.  The example was the Inbox action... oh why am I bothering...
