RE: Its all about the pipeline nowI have to think that MGX at a dime is pricing the worse case. Even if MVP doesn't commence in the next few years I don't think it will be regarded as completely off the drawing boards. Gas price lows are near the bottom and while there is LNG in the offing, there are developmental, strategic (northern development, Beaufort Sea, Russian) and a myriad of political reasons not to kill it. I have got to think that the assets are worth at least $50 million even if it means a major buys it and tucks it away for a decade. That takes it to the $.20 range and by the way with inflation what will $50 million seem like 10 years from now - proverbial peanuts.
